The Milk Thermometer by Joe Frex features a 2 degree face plate for precise readings. The original design features hot and cold calibration points and coloured areas for easy reading, excellent for barista training or daily use.
The dial also has a turn off indicator at 60°C (140F) to assist you from overheating the milk. Comes with NSF approved clip to attach to steaming pitcher.
